omg, they are hopeless!
first of all my internet banking was blocked
i rang up a+l an the man on the phone was no help at all!
he had the cheek ta ask me was i speaking to someone in the background when i clearly wasnt and then told me that password was correct when it said on my computer that it wasnt !
he then told me that my computer wasnt able to recognise my password, when it had worked before ; i mean what ???:eek:
does this make sense to any of you?
