Worcester-Bosch Boiler Engineers

Many, many thanks to Worcester-Bosch for fitting us in so quickly.
I noticed a leak on Sunday which we determined was coming from our combi-boiler. The floor had been wet for a few weeks which
we thought may have been the weather coming in under the back door.
I rung Worcester-Bosch on Monday at 8 am and the engineer was booked for today. He came at 10.30 am, found the problem and fitted all the new parts which he had with him in his van.
Excellent service and in my opinion, the service has always been of a very high standard. Well worth the cost of the annual contract.

I have to second this as our boiler down down earlier in the year and we had not only the friendliest person come to our home to fix it, but also explained everything he did and why. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Worcester-Bosch too and would highly reccommend them!

I have just had a Worcester-Bosch boiler installed as part of major renovations to our house. I'm interested in possibly joining one of the after-care plans. Can you please let me know which plan it was that provided you with such excellent service ?
