Register your electrical goods & win an iPad
Thousands of electrical goods such as mobile phones, iPods, lap tops etc are lost or stolen each year in the UK and although some of it is recovered by the police and other agencies the vast majority are never reunited with their owners.
If you register your electrical goods on the Immobilise database you can improve your chances of getting your property back. Registered goods are entered on to a secure database, which is checked nationally by all UK police forces.
When you register your electrical goods you will receive via email your own personal account details, which you can use to report if your property is lost or stolen.
When you register your electrical goods, on the link below, between 29 November and 3 January 2010 you will be entered in to a prize draw where you could win an Apple iPad. - Entrants must reside in Merseyside.
- The competition is not open to employees of Merseyside Police Authority, Merseyside Police Officers, their immediate families or anyone else associated with the competition.
- Only one entry per person.
- Entries must be completed via the Merseyside Police website or National Mobile Property Registration Form
- The winner will be chosen by first entry drawn randomly
- Incomplete entry forms will not be entered into the competition.
- The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Merseyside Police reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes for other prizes of equal or higher value at its discretion.
- Winning entrants to the competition agree to be photographed for publicity purposes.
- The winning entries will be publicised on the Merseyside Police website.
- Photographs will be used in future Merseyside Police publicity material.
- Merseyside Police does not accept responsibility for late or lost entries.
- Closing date for all entries is Monday 3rd January 2010
- After the closing date, Merseyside Police will randomly choose one winner from the fully completed entries via the website and registration form
- The winner will be notified by telephone and post.
