Ebayers Beware!! Lost Over £200 Buying Marque

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
BOUGHT MARQUE of EBAY, lost £200 beware ,emailed person 3 times no response marque advertised as NEW, when erected holes in corners and torn all metal posted twisted, and canvas filthy dirty, WHAT DO I DO ABOUT IT CAN ANYONE HELP, (DONT KNOW IF THIS IS CORRECT POSTING IF NOT SORRY), so mad lot of money to use, right on top of xmas to , guy said pay on delivery, wish i had payed with pay pal, might have had some protection

    Was it advertised as used? What was his f/b like, is he going to be concerned about getting a neg? You could pull his contact details from Ebay and phone him, might shock him into some action! ;)

    If it was advertised as new then they are completely in the wrong, what is the auction number (and stop shouting (re; caps)).

    got in touch with ebay as advised, found on web site, have sent email to them to put in dispute, will let you know what goes on , sorry did not reply as, out all day,
