Hull Trains and East Coast Trains

Without having my head bitten off my anyone who didnt get to there destination or got severely delayed, I would like to express my gratitude and praise for the guys and girls working at Kings Cross yesterday.
It was mayhem to say the least and being bombarded by irate and angry customers must have been a nightmare.
Myself and my 5 year old daughter were booked onto a train which was unfortunately cancelled.
Hull Trains and East Coast allowed anyone from either company to board their trains which resulted in us being able to leave London and get home, albeit a little late but totally stress free.
The onboard staff were great as the train was quite full and actually even though some had to stand there were people sharing seats.
They have no control over the weather and some realise this but there was one person who I saw was absolutely disgusting the way he spoke to one of the staff at Kings Cross and he should be ashamed of himself.
