DPD are shocking!

I bought OH's xmas gift on thursday from surfdome, they sent me the tracking info for DPD.
It was meant to be a saturday delivery service, since there was no snow then, I figured it would definitely be here.
Just checked online today, and still the SAME status, and it's been 3 days since it was last updated.

I've experienced DPD before and ended up waiting 3 weeks for a coat!!
Just tried calling them 3 times and it's just engaged constantly? !!!!ing helpful.
