I ordered £92 worth of stuff from DP on 5th dec and only just got my money refunded tonight after a long hard battle. My parcel never arrived but each time I called DP I was told to hang on a few more days. Hermes wouldnt entertain me they said I had to contact DP.:mad: decided I had enough and wanted my money returned so I spoke to a manager tonight who agreed it was not acceptable and refunded me. Also waiting for parcels from hermes from debenhams and had these refunded to as the parcels were "lost" in transit. I smell a rat 6 parcels went missing belonging to me looks like someone has had a good christmas with my orders.

thanks, i just emailed hermes - they auto replied saying they couldnt help me and to email the shop i bought it from - cheek as they have it on their tracking system as out for delivery (they dont track very well as that was last week lol) . will wait till monday then will ring DP.

LOL I was raging and sent a big email to hermes and put a lot of time and effort into it and made sure I made myself sound as though I knew my rights and threatened them with legal action I had litterally just pressed send and the same email came back saying to contact DP I was fuming after all the time I had sat typing it :eek:

Sale up to 70% off now, my last order glitched and a top I ordered for £6.00 was despatched to me for £1.00; I think this was due to the socks mentioned above, I ordered 3 pairs which glitched to £2.00 but as they only had one pair to send to me the computer somehow decided the top was another pair and charged me the same £1.00.
