  • TBH I have never had any problems with them and have struck at just right moment for some incredible bargains (just to give a little balance :))
  • I suppose a lot of sites are normally hard to contact if they are huge big retailers :( asos have by far the best customer service for me !x
Who would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?

Its definitely hit and miss with these retailers because i'm having problems with Asos and them not answering emails over lost parcel from the 28th of November and they said they re-issued it, still no sign :D

Do what I do... order more than £30 worth and return the rest. :rotfl:

LOL! I love it! I might actually do that...

  • I'll never order from Dorothy Perkins again. I ordered two tops, next day delivery. They turned up over a week late. Didn't answer the phone (sat there one day for 18 minutes) or emails. Awful customer service. Strangely I found the same with BHS, who I think are part of the same group.

I thought that my bad experience with DP was a one-off but having read all these comments it's obviously not!! I refuse to order from them again.
  • Never ordered from DP before but if Free Delivery is for £30+ spend then surely you could order over £30 and take back the extra unnecessary stuff you ordered and get a refund at local DP store?!!

I've got exactly the same problem with ASOS. Ordered the same day as you and it didn't turn up. Only every other email seemed to get through (You can tell as you get an acknowledgement mail for the ones that actually got there) and each reply was "Wait a few more days" Eventually agreed to replace it and the replacement was supposed to arrive no later than yesterday. Guess what hasn't turned up yet (Although i'll give it a few more days before I contact them again)
