I signed up last December with EDF for dual fuel online saver 4
paying by DD

I have just been taking a closer look at my bills and noticed for the
Electricity they have been charging me their standard rate but
saver 4 rate for gas.

My problem is that I do not want to phone them and point it out since I am in the process of changing over from them to npower and do not want to complicate matters with them changing my tariff and then saying I am tied in for another 1 year or so.

What do you think of my chances are of claiming and getting the over charged amount back after switching from them ?

And when should I draw it to their attention before or after my switch over ?

Thank you.
