Hi,
As a follow on to my posting regarding digital camcorders, we have quite a lot of footage shot on our VHS Camcorder over the last 6 years.
As I understand, some Digital Camcorders have an AV In facility which allows you to playback from VHS video and record to the Camcorder, and then save from the Camcorder onto DVD.
However, is it possible to transfer this VHS footage to DVD by connecting the VHS video recorder to a DVD recorder and simply playing the tape and recording onto DVD? Am I being to naive and do you need some other method of transferring the video.
As always, your suggestions/advice will be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks.

What connecters do you need to do this? And once on pc can you put onto dvd using nero?
thanks0 -
Depends on your equipment. Usually SCART to PHONO. Depends on the version of Nero that you have installed, though in general, yes.0
