This is my first posting, and I would just like to say my smart media reader arrived this morning and works like a charm, its much faster than downloading from the camera, I also treated myself to a USB Hub from ebuyer to celebrate.

I'm SO DUMB!

I thought it was a SD card reader....so i bought 7.....one or two for each PC.

Now....what am i gonna do with 7 SM Readers?? Who the hell uses SM??

whats the difference between "SD" an "SM" ?? also just noticed that these don't say "windows xp" on the box just "windows 98,98SE, ME & 2000" ?? does anyone know if it'll work on "XP"?

SD - secure digital - stubby little cards about half the size of a chewing gum stick
SM - smart media - simmilar to a credit card, about 1/3 of the size. Can be prone to scratching as the contacts are visible on the outside of it.
