I'm finding that BOI's statements are arriving VERY late, and leaving little time to pay before the due date.
November's statement (dated 7th), arrived with me on the 19th. As it was due to be paid by the 27th, and you have to allow them 5 working days, it doesn't take an Einstein to see that the margin isn't really acceptable.
As you can't access BOI credit card accounts on-line without a current account with them, you're lumbered with their slow postal deliveries, which they tell me are "within the agreed timeframe".
The problem isn't an isolated one, as December's statement arrived on the 17th, with a due date of the 27th. Guess what? They'll be closed, and it will need to be there by the 24th!!
Anyone else experiencing this?

set up a direct debit to cover at least the minimum payment.0

I always pay off in full, as it's a cashback card, but I want to know how much is due, basically to ensure that adequate funds are transferred to my current a/c for payment.0
