My lot always request lemon drizzle cake and some kind of chocolate cake. Sieve a little icing sugar on the top over a doiley to make a snowflake pattern or make a star stencil. How about brownies? You could bung in a couple handfuls of roughly chopped Celebrations choccies (or something similar) before baking, then cut them up and pile them into a pyramid, dust with some icing sugar and maybe stick a few silver candles in to make it extra Christmassy
