Virgin trains - thumbs up

All trains from Coventry to Birmingham were cancelled as the overhead line was down and signal problems. However with in an hour Virgin trains had organised replacement coaches and were organising people queuing etc. Made it home in just over two hours which is a long journey but would have been a lot worse if there wasn't a coach replacement.
They seemed very organised and did a good job of getting the coaches so fast.
