  • From a business stand point though your admission is worthless - getting paid on time is all they care about. You've made mistakes and worse than that you've repeated them. Honestly, really look at yourself and think from an outsiders perspective - are you a sound investment?
  • Thanks. We've established that I would be a terrible investment so it's really not necessary for you to continue telling me just how bad an investment I would be. Yes, I have made, many silly mistakes and have been foolish up until quite recently - believe me, I didn't plan on defaulting, and it won't happen again. I appreciate that you are an outsider giving me your perspective, but I am a person who came on here looking for some advice, which, over the last few days I have been given and I have taken it all on board, and it's been a bitter pill to swallow, I will not be able to comfortably get a mortgage with a decent interest rate for at least 2 years. I don't understand, why you personally feel the need to keep telling me what a rubbish investment I would be, thanks for taking the time to reply, but I've acknowledged my mistakes and dealt with it, so unless you have something constructive to tell me, please stop.
