Local paper, even old ones will have adverts that LL with a few properties put in on a regular basis.

some councils now offer a private LL list, these should be LL they have checked.

    Define 'good'.

Watch out for scams from phoney 'landlords'....... It's a free site so scammers can place multiple ads at no cost.
  • Advert in local paper.

As a side note, I recently advertised a flat to rent and was contacted by agents who were prepared to screw over their clients and up the rent so that they could get their grubby paws on a commission. They are the scum of the earth, beware.
