'Which' magazine showing username and passwords

I have recently decided to have another look at Which magazine.So I took the internet viewing offer and when I cancelled by phone I was offered the magazine for a few months for free.Soon after you receive these in the post and to my horror and amazement in the window where your address is for the post person,alongside they print your complete username and password.
Well done Which for some great journalism and consumer protection.
Help Martin...have they lost the plot?
I have emailed them to complain and since cancelled my membership.
