Instax Mini 10 vs Instax Mini 7

Could anyone help? I would like to know the difference between an instax mini 10 and instax mini 7 camera. I know the 7 is the newer model but i can't work out what is different. The 10 is much cheaper, so would prefer that but would it be a false economy.
