Isn't that just a knee jerk reaction to the fact when you get to the heathrow end you can't actually go anywhere and have to sleep on the floor?

I suspect the trains are empty, I bought 2 cheap (£6.50) Heathrow Express tickets yesterday to catch a flight tomorrow. Needless to say the flight isn't operating and the money is wasted. In the current climate when the UK's largest airport cannot prepare for snow, not doubting that it was indeed a heavy fall on Saturday, I would be reluctant to pay another penny to Heathrow for anything (and they run this rail line...)
