Funny posts

There must be a thread on this but sometimes the pure idiocy of someone's position is brought into sharp focus. Geneer is the target in this one but there must be a few on here who have been predicting a crash for over 5 years and whose own area has increased in price (although I doubt by as much as in Geneer's case - £60k). Anyway this was done by Fubra and I think it is amusing (CAUTION - There are a few swear words).

  • If its true that Hamish was predicting that gold and silver were going to crash a few years ago then he has to win this one.

Does he still say its 100% guaranteed PM`s will crash soon?

Wow, that's a pretty observant post for only your third post (and you seem to know quite a bit about Hamish). You been lurking for long?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

What was it like on here in August 2004? I don't expect the House Price Crash Forum existed.
