Yes, revenge may be your best way to get Morrisons to do something. Not sure who "pickers" are? Send out your own disinformation. Tell order department this store only accepts orders on Sundays. Tell suppliers their order is cancelled.

That may give Morrisons some incentive to do something about your problem, i.e. try to make your problem their problem:j

  • Thanks for all your comments I just wanted to update you.
My grateful thanks to hartcjhart who gave me the ceo's e mail address. I e mailed him and the folowing day I had a telephone call from his P.A. who apologised for all the disruption. This matter had been passed to thier publicity dept and she said if I had any further problems I had to e mail them again she said that it should be sorted out now and they will definately take it off thier paperwork.
Lo and behold I get a call from Morrisons asking me to take the name and telephone number of anyone who rings for them so they can trace it. I said did they really think I worked for them and that if it isnt sorted I would get back to The ceo.
    I will wait and see.:)

    .:)

Or by doing this they could possibly trace what sort of area the person who calls you lives in and then try and work out how they have your number

What you need to remember though is that even once they stop printing your number there is still going to be an amount of suppliers who have old paperwork and dial your number

When they asked you to keep a note of who is ringing you they were only trying to help you.
