Mayo? I'm sure I've always used salad cream when I've done it.

I love it and make it for any salad or even dipping chicken nuggets into

I always add worcester sauce to mine and a drop or 2 of tabasco if it's just for us and leave that out for company in case it makes it too spicy. As well as the flavour I like that he worcester sauce calms down the pinkness a bit and makes it look more homemade. If I'm feeling posh I dust a little paprika on top of the finished dish to make it look restauraunty!0

I use mayo, ketchup and English mustard for mine. I used to use salad cream but it get too acidic if you eat it by the bucket full.0

slight variation on that is to use ketchup and tartare sauce tried it as an experiment when we had run out of mayo once and been using ever scince.0

my mum makes it with mayo, tomato sauce and a bit of condensed milk!! Sounds strange but it makes it really creamy and sticks it all together.

I make it in a similar way to the other posters, Mayo, tomato sauce, bit of lemon juice, worcester sauce, pinch of white pepper, and then some cayenne and smoked paprika sprinkles on top.0

I like salad cream tomato sauce and a shake of cayenne pepper!If you wait for perfect conditions, nothing would ever get done! :T
