Hi
This is the first time ive bought a home in a chain as previously was a FTB.
My buyer is currently renting but will move whenever and isnt bothered if he has paid some rent money for time when he wont be there. The house im buying is vacant.
The house im hoping to buy ive had the survey done and the bank have confirmed they are ok to lend the amount required. The searches began last monday via my sols.
When do you think its likely that i will get to move and can anyone explain what happens next?
