Co-Op Cashminder - 3 Strike Policy

Hi folks,
Was just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this, with Co-Op's 3 strike and you are out policy does this reset every year or is it simply from account opening?
Also, if for example someone uses your card details fraudulently and it takes you overdrawn and it was proved to be fraud - would they give you another strike or would this be classed as your fault?
Many thanks!

It's from account opening, I imagine if your details were used fraudulently they would not hold you responsible, so long as you complied with their requests - etc0

Think the clue might be in the phrase 'and you are out'.Ethical moneysaver0

I would've thought fraud wouldn't count, however it depends very much if their computer system is clever enough to recognize this. If not you may need someone to override if the computer says no. I presume they can do this, although sometimes battling a companies computer system is a herculean task for staff.Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0
