Winter fuel allowance

I am so angry, I only got half my Winter Fuel allowance because the pension agency made a mistake and thought someone else was living here. I have been told it will be March before I get the rest even though they know it was their error. They said there is nothing I can do to get the rest earlier. I am also not entitiled to cold weather payments even though I am a pensioner!:mad:
