the catalyst control center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled graphics driver, please update your ati graphics driver,or enable your ati adapter using the displays manager.
i think its a radeon x300/x550/1050 series.
ive had this pc for a couple of months and im just getting to know my way around it,
ive been into the cataylst control center, but i dont really know what im doing,
so i thought i would ask some of the experts on hear for advise before i do anything.

go here

download the drivers for your card (ati is now re-named amd) (you can check gpu type by going to device manager and looking under display adapters). Then uninstall your current amd/ati drivers, and install the new ones0 -
ok ive downloaded it to the desktop,
in device manager under display adapters ive got....
radeon x300/x550/x1050 series.
radeon x300/x550/x1050 series secondary.
do i uninstall these 2 ?
then run the application ive got saved on desk top?
thanks0 -
You shouldn't have to - the installer will remove the old drivers for you. You shouldn't really have two different drivers in there but only worry about that if it causes you problems after the update0
-
There's 2 drivers listed because the card has 2 video outputs.
Run the installer you downloaded and it should remove older drivers but if you're concerned that it won't then you should be able to remove ATI software in the Add / remove software thingy from control panel."Gold is the money of kings; silver is the money of gentlemen; barter is the money of peasants; but debt is the money of slaves." - Norm Franz0 -
