Still waiting for my IKEA £50 gift card!!!

I placed an order for Pax, Komplement and Hemnes furniture during the recent offer and it was delivered on 20th Nov. I am still waiting for my £50 voucher!!! IKEA's website has a fault so that you can't email them and their phone lines are always chocca. Has anyone else had their voucher or does anyone have a suggestion for how I can get mine? Thanks.

Send them a letter. I had to deal with them recently over a mattress that had developed a fault, sent a letter to the manager of the store I went to which was forwarded to their central complaints bods who were fantastic in ringing me to get it all resolved... new mattress, better than the model I had delivered within a week. (yes I know there are other sources for mattresses - but we have an ikea bed to match the rest of the bedroom furniture so needed something that fitted - and the new one is disgustingly comfortable)

Did you place the order online or in store? I'm sure it was an in store only offer!

If you placed the order in the store then you should have got a voucher from a member of the bedrooms team which you would present to the checkout operator who would have issued the £50 at the tills.
