Well I popped into Boots today (:D) and got some Theramed whitening toothpaste/mouthwash, originally 1.99, now reduced to clear 50p, but also all dental stuff is 3 for 2. So, 3 fancy toothpastes for a pound. Am quite happy :)

They're advertising the Botanics 150 points on skincare on the AC machine before you even put the card in. Printed it out, but it says no miniatures, soaps etc, and I think those 99p wipes are supposed to be a miniature. Wasn't sure if I'd get all the points if I got something that is definitely supposed to get the extra points AND the wipes (it didn't work with the Young solutions for me in that store - dunno if they've got new tills or something), so did not bother. Ho hum, just wishing for another cucumber-type scenario again
  • Can anyone help me?
If i purchase a product with bonus points on it and i pay with points,do you still get the bonus points added?

no, you don't. i tried it once but it was a few years ago. you can get 3 for 2 offers though if you pay with points, they only charge you for 2 lots of points instead of 3.

Noooo  . Barely started trying to use up all that cucumber stuff. At least let me get half way through it before starting a similar offer. (It's gonna take ages by the way :o ).

Well, I am just reading the T's&C's as I have just picked up an application form for an advantage card today.

Section 9 states: You won't qualify for points or extra points offers on products or services that you pay for with points.
