How do I highlight text in an email (incoming) in Outlook? I use Outlook Connector for Hotmail and just can't figure out how to do it, like you can do in Word.
Thanks

I don't think you can re-format or edit an email that you have received. But if you open the email, then click to reply to it or forward it, you won't be able to highlight the wording, but you will be able to change its colour and point size etc. Then you can save it as a draft email with your changes intact. Hope this helps?0
