Help, Can i claim this via Barclaycard?

Last week I purchased a Christmas present online worth £52 on checking my credit card it seems they have charged me £53 - £2 commission charge? Worse still I have since realised I have purchased from a website in China which has terrible reviews for scammin people! The likely hood of me receiving my item is slim and even if I do it transpires that the items they sell are fake!
Can I claim this through my Barclaycard? Is there no way of me getting my money back? :mad:

AFAIK your only covered for purchases over £1000

ring barclays and see if they'll chargeback, unlikely they will but worth a try, that or email the company and say you have decided to cancel the trade and ask for a refund0

Thanks I have tried emailing the Company and unfortunately they have not responded to any emails, think I have been well and truly scammed!0
