Lumix FZ45 (£250.50) or FZ100 (£332.92)? :(

Please help me to decide. what shall i buy? Prices mentions are from amazon.

Not much to choose between them really. I'd probably go for the cheaper one. There's a review of the FZ100, comparing it in a number of places to the FX45 at http://www.trustedreviews.com/digital-cameras/review/2010/10/08/Panasonic-Lumix-DMC-FZ100/p2

Thank you. I think i am going to go for a FZ45. Do you know its cheaper than amazon. Amazon is doing for 250.50.

good choice, they are identical except for a movable LCD screen, which if your even an average photographer you will prefer the view finder. Please note the screen/Viewfinder resolution is nowhere near as good as the actual photo, I have a transend 8GB card was about £10 works great for it.
