sorry if this has been discussed before but i cant find anything related.
my apartment is freezing, what i want to know is, is it better to keep my heating on constantly at number 1-2 or to have it on for 6-8 hours at number 9? i have quarterly bills and i'm with southern duel fuel. my bill last winter was a killer and i really want to try and save as much as i can.
