• The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
• The safari must be taken on 1-11 July 2011 and the winner must be available one day prior to and one day after these dates.
• You are responsible for your own accommodation the day/night before and the night after the safari in the capital of Namibia, Windhoek.
• International air fares, airport transfers, passport and visa fees, vaccinations and travel insurance are NOT included.
• All transport in an air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle, all accommodation, meals and an English-speaking guide as indicated on the full itinerary on batisbirdingsafaris.com are included.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
• Winners will be notified after the closing date.
• Employees and family members of any companies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
• The winner will be selected at random after the closing date.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Only one entry per household.
