Salon Skincare and Quidco

I bought £54 worth of dermalogica products using the link on quidco for salon skincare. The website said that dermalexpert was excluded from the cashback, underneath it specified that lots of brands were available including dermalogica.
I specifically used the quidco link, searched dermalogica, put items in my basket, checked out, received items with an invoice from salon skincare. The account I opened was with salon skincare.
When I realised that the items had not tracked I queried with quidco, it came back that I got no cashback because I bought things from their dermalexpert site.
I'm really quite annoyed because if you search dermalogica on quidco then you get this site but you can't get cashback on their products.
Very misleading IMO.

Hi,
@GlasweJen - I've had a look at their site for you and we do make it clear that on the Salonskincare site that DermalExpert products are excluded from cashback. As this is what Dermalogica now list all their products under, I'm afraid no Dermalogica products are included in SalonSkincare's cashback offer. We do try to make this as clear as possible on our site but I'm sorry for any disappointment that this has caused.
Kind regards,

You should ask salon skincare to change their blurb then because it specifically mentions dermalogica in their details of brands offered on their website. Also if you search dermalogica on the quidco website salon skincare is the first site that come up! Hardly clear cut from a consumer point of view, I stick by my statement that it is misleading at best and false advertising at worse.0
