    well done on your win.
Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital caring for my tiny and very poorly grandson who was born at 29 weeks. Thanks to them he is getting a little stronger every day.:A:A:A

  • Nice win - as someones said that'll be worth a few hundred to someone.

I always enter comps for things I don't necessarily want - if no-one really wants it - higher odd's of winning. xx

Plus you can always sell on ebay, gumtree or other freead site.

My sister won a chicken coop from smallholder magazine - they only had 50 entries - she sold it for £300.

Lots of wins to be had on twitter too as not many people comping on there yet. Have friends that have wins there all the time.

    HAPPY COMPING!!
Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!

I generally go by the rule if I dont understand what the prize is, then its probably not something I need :)

But well done on your win. I hope you are able to sell it on and make some money out of it :)
    Thanks to all posters!

    £400 ON EBAY,YES PATHETIC.:rotfl::rotfl::beer:
Yes pathetic, to enter a competition to win something you dont want, thereby denying someone the chance who really does want it, still your a Norwich fan so I suppose life balances out in the end.
No doubt you will be able to buy a season ticket to watch your second rate team,or do they still let you in if you bring a mangel wurzel ?

OMG - what is with some people.
Chill out man - and perhaps if you can't be civil to someone that's won - don't post?
Thats the one bad thing about this forum - the negative people.

well, i have to admit i don't really believe in peeps selling things on ebay from others hard work finding/posting comps for them to win, but, have seen both sides of the story so up to each individual,
as said, BEFORE anyone takes it the wrong way, if peeps need the money for pressies for LO's / family etc then fairs fair :)
when i first joined up on comp sites (long time ago now :o)
i used to enter for virtually everything but now just enter for things i'd really like/can make use for :)

perhaps canary has a use for the win ?
but in all fairness it's really none of anyone's business surely :o

    Blobbys got a point.

I'd never enter a comp that wouldn't benefit me or my immediate family because I'd be taking that chance away from someone who would really love to win the prize.
