Hi,
I booked new year flights to Dalaman through A1 travel, who booked through H4U who inturn booked flights through Onuir airlines who have cancelled the flight.
In short H4U offered a full refund, however A1 have now eventually paid me less the £30 credit card charges for the booking in the first place, not to mention the £40 interest since i paid on that card.
In short i am out standing the £30 credit booking fee and the £40 interest where do i stand please.
I cant understand how they cancelled my holiday, took 2 months to pay me my money back and thats less credit card booking charges.
Best regards,
Simon.

You are also entitled to the £30 credit card charge back, but whether they will pay up without being threatened with court action is another question. Not sure about the interest charges as they are avoidable.0

The interest is because you didn't pay the card off in full at the first statement date, it is certainly not recoverable. So long as it is not you that canelled, but the tour operator then I would push for the credit card fees but as others have said you may have to be very persistant, and don't book with them again!0
