Something like a paper picnic table cloth would be quick to pin up.
I think it would be easier to just paint it quickly now ,then fill any holes and do it again later. The wall won't mind being painted twice.0 -
Tablecloths! Never thought about those, good idea.
It's not the painting itself that's the problem (see above).Herman - MP for all!

What about these scene setters from Tesco (not actually seen them myself, but they are wide but not high) http://www.tescoparty.com/ShowProducts.aspx?pageid=474
Could possibly work something out, look fun and presumably reusable?:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

These look great but don't know about stockists. I know you said you couldn't order online.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
Tesco value wrapping paper is bright red, 15p each for three meters and I think still on the 342 offer. That might jazz up the room a little without being expensive
