  • A randomly named executable, e.g. uomzchbqs.exe is usually a sign of a malware infection.

Follow the instructions in posts 1 - 4 here.

thanks, had a big problem couple of weeks ago and sorted it by doing the guide.. do I need to do it again or can I get rid of it some other way.
  • Do the guide as you do not know what else is lurking??
  • Use your anti-virus program to scan just the uomzchbqs.exe.

Or upload it to an online scanner such as the Kaspersky file scanner here (lower of the two).

system still slow not really sure why, looked at startup again aswell.

not really sure how PC's work.....
  • When you think it is running particularly slowly, open Task Manager and have a look at which process(es) is hogging the CPU and/or memory.

I looked at task manager ans there seems to be a long list of things happening, but I don't really understand what it all means.
Any chance if I put stats on here you can let me know?
