    Hi thanks for your replies all...I havent gone yet but will be going in this afternoon...I don't plan on getting a solicitor or claiming any compensation but what I will do is tell them that they should get their act together concerning these pallet trucks...some vouchers wouldn't go amiss though.....Luckily my daughter wasn't physically injured....but this could of been anyone! and chances are if my daughter had not of been wearing boots at the time then this would be a different story.

  • We lunched in Morrison's cafe in Chester. You order your meal first, then come back at an allotted time, at busy times. Very clean. Really good store.

    Our Morrisons cafe is fab. It is always clean and the staff are A1. The food is perfect and at a fantastic price. Come to Inverness!!!!!!!!

    What's all this talk of compensation??!! The OP hadn't even said that her daughter was injured!!

    What I would do is to go back to Morrisons, ask them to put it in the accident book, and say she's not been injured (now that you've confirmed she's not). If I could be bothered going back at all.

  • We have tried Asda and Tesco cafes and Morrisons far superior and much better value
