Samsung Galaxy S Android 2.2 Flash Problem?

Recently upgraded to Froyo 2.2 on my Samsung Galaxy S phone.
I can see that the flash application is installed on my phone but for some reason I cannot get flash content. For example a local Indian restaurant https://www.jolsha.co.uk will not open on my phone.
Is there something I need to do to enable flash content on my phone? I'm confused.
