pointsec protector-encryption problem

I used a brand new flash drive to take a file to work. we havesome new pointsec protector software which encrypted my flash drive and now I cant use it on any other machine! is there any way to unencrypt it so I can at least use it at home? I dont have admin rights at work

It sounds like your company's way of saying that you shouldn't use your own USB sticks on company PCs and either
a) don't try to put private files on work PCs or

Are you saying you can't read the file on your work PC?
Or that you've read the file, but the flash drive is now encrypted in some way and you can't read it at home?
