Slightly off topic, I am cooking for 22 on Saturday and doing 2 joints and a turkey. I can't afford to lose the whole of my oven for the morning cooking the turkey so I am thinking about cooking it over night. Any thoughts?Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0
