Old El Paso - PRAISE :)

I bought some "extra hot" jalapenos last week and on tasting them they were anything but hot 
So I sent an email to Old El paso with the batch number informing them of the problem. I didn't ask for money back or anything, just wanted them to know they may have some non-hot product out there.
I just received a letter of apology and a voucher for some money off - very nice of them.
It makes a change to deal with a company that can be bothered with its customers!

I grew some jalapenos from seed and they were anything but hot
But when I complained to the garden centre, I was ignored
My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
