  • have you been back to the retailer and what did they say?

If they refuse to do anything about it you will need to get an independant report done to say the fault was an inherent fault and not from misuse and then go back to the retailer.
The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!

Read the reply on your other thread and stick to the one thread please.
  • From looking at your posts, I suggest a visit to the local college and do an adult numeracy course. Ocober 2009 to now is 14 months.

Apart from that, without the shop/name/make, all we can proffer in the parish is a good fish take. One suggests that you add some detail.

I would not that normally the one year guarantee would have run out, and unless your purchased a extended warranty, you will be left with a pile of washing to do come this time next week.

Though to be honest, I would not bother with extended warranties, the current Ms Snowbits uses her utlility man, who normally gets round pretty darn fast and fixes for around £35 to £50 each time, twice in 9 years!

And from looking at your posts, I'd suggest a visit to the local college to do an adult spelling course.
