Ehhh, since when?? Please enter a postcode in England, Scotland or Wales still suggests otherwise.

We bought our house for cash in aug and it still has not appeared on any of the sites...strange!!
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

I don't think the purchase price shows up if you buy the house using your own cash. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm sure I heard this somewhere.
I have been using, up until a few months ago, Nethouseprice for prices in Scotland. However when I checked just a few minutes ago it does not show any results when you put a postcode in...hmmm not sure why.
