My daughter sent an ebay message to the ebayer saying that they were her images, she retained copyright on them and would they remove them within 24 hours please or else she'd have to bring it to ebay's attention
Before the 24 hours were up ALL of the listings that the seller had (122 different badges, plus fridge magnets, coasters, keyrings) seemed to have gone, I wondered if maybe here email had keywords that were picked up by an ebay programme and they had a look at his stuff and didn't like it or possibly another person had complained before her - either way we're happy with the outcome0 -
If you still had the listing numbers, it would be worth checking whether ebay removed them, or whether the seller did!My TV is broken!

here is it is, who do you think removed it? seller or ebay?
(function() !! //Create page-level config var cfg = ebay.oDocument.addConfig(new EbayConfig("ExitRecovery.Merchandising.InvalidPage")); cfg.sModuleName = 'IFrameId'; cfg.sModuleUrl ='http://promo.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?GetPPModules&usecase=2' ; cfg.sBackUpLayer = 'InvalidPageBackUp'; cfg.iTimeout = 20000; })();This Listing Is Unavailable
This listing (190039623646) has been removed or is no longer available. Please make sure you entered the right item number.
If the listing was removed by eBay, consider it cancelled. Note: Listings that have ended more than 90 days ago will no longer appear on eBay.0 -
Hmm, I thought it would be more obvious.
It hints that ebay removed them... but that's unlikely if you didn't report the seller.
By the way... has your daughter looked into setting up as a VERO of her work?My TV is broken!

I tried to search the sellers name, I couldn't remember it *exactly* but I know that I was pretty close but can't find it at all, usually the search will give you a few closely sounding names to choose from but it's not there, has he been wiped off the face of the earth? ooops!
My daughter has now realised that her pix have a commercial value so is looking to do *something* with them before someone else does it for her again, she's going to have a chat with the band ( they are already quite big with a number one single and album so far) and their management and see how they feel about it, 'skintscotsman' has been very helpful with this - thank you!0 -
Have a read here and think about doing this if it ever happens again
