Does anyone know what documents I need to produce if renting a flat while self employed?
The full situation. I will move together with my girlfriend. She has full time employment.(PAYE). I have been self employed for the last year and have income coming in from different sources.
We will co-sign agreement.

Dunno. It depends on the landlord and what their view is but at the least they will probably want to see bank statements showing your income. If your girlfriend can prove that she can afford the rent on her own it may not matter for a joint-tenancy.0
