Does anyone know if there is an instant approval online or are you notified by post?

It's not instant approval. I got an email a couple of days after applying. Some get a letter, and some have reported still getting accepted by letter.0

I got an email and then a letter I had to sign and return. They don't tell you the credit limit until your card arrivesLooking to raise some money

I applied for one on the website, 4 days later got an e-mail telling me they are processing it. 1 week later another e-mail saying I had been accepted. A letter came shortly after confirming. 5 days after that the aggreement, which needs to be signed (yellow copy) and returned. 14 days later you will get you pin and another 7 days you card with the credit limit on. In total it took me about 6 weeks to get my card.
In the aggreement it will state how much credit charged, this is a rough indication on how much credit limit you will get i.e 100/150 (£1500-2000) over £500 (£6000).
Also a quick note, on the agreement it does say 2.5% BT FEE UNCAPPED but have been told it is FEE FREE. Seems to be the best card out at the mo -but there seems to be alot of threads about how confusing it is!
Hope this has helped.0 -
I don't think this is typical of how long it takes. I applied online on 17th Oct and today I received my card (PIN arrived on Sat) so the whole process took about 2 weeks, which is what many other people have also reported.greendale9061 wrote:In total it took me about 6 weeks to get my card.0 -

I started this post. I realise now that you are not told immediately online whether your application has been accepted but you do get an answer by email confirming that your application is being processed. Within hrs I was told that it was accepted and my agreement would be posted. The card would then be sent out and the card posted approximately 10 days after my signed agreement was received. Credit limits are NOT disclosed though over the telephone !!!!
Looks like the turnaround from application to recieving card is 14 days.0
