If you go to your doctor they can prescribe it otherwise a pharmacy, most pharmacys have it but it is addictive so be careful, its not so fun to withdraw from.0

Solphadine is a branded version of co-codamol if I recall so if they don't do an own brand then they will most likely stock this.
