Faulty UGGs from Shudoo

HI

I ordered a pair of trainers from shuodoo it has been 4 weeks and i haven't received them. They have took my money. I have sent them several emails but there is no reply, the phone lines are not working too. How can I get a refund?

Thanks everyone for the info, was looking at purchasing from this company but Im staying well clear now.

Dunno if this will reassure anyone,but i did finaly get my £56 refunded,took them around 8 weeks tho!,(Nov to Feb ) no Email or letter or anything,just noticed the return on my statement,needless to say i never used Shudoo again after that experience.

Just noticed that they have put a statement on there website, guess all of us with returns will just have to wait and see??

We regret to advise that due to trading difficulties the business is ceasing taking any new orders and the directors are taking advice as to the financial position of the
